"Obama's Lehman Leap" Making Left Salivate

I skimmed a left leaning blog full of bed wetting assholes who are salivating over the skinny at 538 where they report Barack Obama is ahead by roughly 70 electoral votes as of 9-21. Let's take a look at what they have to say:

"Victory tastes so fucking sweet."

"Yes, you won. I can confirm it. No one can take it away from you now."

"I'm off to masturbate to those pie charts."

It's funny how these twerps know nothing about stochastics or econometrics so I hate to tell them they're little pie chart orgy will be short lived. They see an Obama victory sure as the sun will rise tomorrow.

In fact:
The McCain/Palin ticket enjoyed a week or two in the sun after their successful convention earlier this month, but polls indicate the sun may be finding a new place to shine. Barack Obama is leading most of the recent national polls and has starting polling better in several battleground states. This is not unexpected - as I said last week, things that bounce tend to come down after they go up. What we're seeing now is the waning McCain bounce. The next week or so will help determine if McCain has made any sustained progress in this race since before the conventions. If McCain bottoms out quickly and stays within a point or two of Obama, it will signify that his standing has improved.
It's not over yet.
